A seasonal chocolate collection created in collaboration between HOTEL IL PALAZZO, a design hotel in Haruyoshi, Fukuoka, and Chocolate Shop, a renowned local chocolatier founded in 1942.
For the limited-edition CHOCOLAT IL PALAZZO 2026 Autumn, four distinctive chocolates showcase the flavors of the season, featuring ingredients such as sweet potato, pumpkin, and burdock root.
From flavor and aroma to appearance, texture, and lingering finish, each piece is crafted to leave a lasting impression.

 

Sweet Potato & Bergamot
Two layers of bergamot and sweet potato. A delicate taste of the autumn season.

Roasted Nuts & Kabosu
A crunchy blend of roasted nuts, flaxseed, and kabosu. Smoky roasted notes and citrus create harmony.

Apricot & Pumpkin
A two-layer chocolate of apricot jam and pumpkin ganache. Herbs and spices enhance pumpkin and fruit.

Apple & Burdock Root
Red apple jam is layered with burdock-infused ganache. Apple tartness and roasted burdock create harmony.
