Introducing Chocolat IL PALAZZO 2025 Autumn, a seasonal chocolate box born from a collaboration between HOTEL IL PALAZZO—a design hotel in Haruyoshi, Fukuoka
—and the long-established patisserie Chocolate Shop, founded in 1942.

For Winter 2025, we present four creations inspired by warmth — herbs and spices — crafted to bring quiet comfort to the coldest days of the year.

Herbes de Provence
Milk chocolate ganache infused with herbs from Provence and a honey jelly
harvested from the rooftop hives of Chocolate Shop.
Honeyed sweetness meets a gentle touch of ginger — evoking the warmth of a Japanese winter.

Sesame
Caramelized sesame praline blended with milk chocolate and brown sugar,
with subtle notes of almond and tonka bean.
A soothing taste that brings gentle warmth to the season.

Spiced Praliné
Blonde chocolate with cardamom, cinnamon, and roasted peanuts.
A rich, aromatic bite of winter comfort.

Chocolat Banane
Banana and cacao ganache refined with mirin and brown rice vinegar.
A mellow harmony of sweetness and depth — quietly elegant.
