Introducing Chocolat IL PALAZZO a seasonal chocolate box born from a collaboration between HOTEL IL PALAZZO—a design hotel in Haruyoshi, Fukuoka—and the long-established patisserie Chocolate Shop, founded in 1942.

Spring 2026 features four creations inspired by Japanese ingredients such as nanohana, yomogi, sake, and kuromoji.
Enjoy a collection where delicate bitterness, sweetness, and aroma come together.

Nanohana
Caramel white chocolate ganache blended with fresh nanohana purée.

Yomogi
White chocolate infused with yomogi, layered with almonds, rice puffs, and berries.

Sake
Bitter chocolate ganache infused with sake lees and hinoki aroma.

Kuromoji
Hassaku jelly and kuromoji-scented ganache with Ecuadorian cacao.
