Introducing Chocolat IL PALAZZO Summer 2026, a seasonal chocolate box born from a collaboration between HOTEL IL PALAZZO—a design hotel in Haruyoshi, Fukuoka—and the long-established patisserie Chocolate Shop, founded in 1942.
Summer 2026 features four creations inspired by the vibrant flavors of seasonal fruits.
Enjoy this limited collection, available only for the summer season, where the rich character of summer fruits unfolds in every piece.

Rhubarb
The tartness of rhubarb and blood orange meets smooth milk chocolate, with a hint of paprika spice, creating a light, lingering finish.

Exotic
Tropical fruits and Brazilian cacao are layered with the aromatic note of makrut lime leaf, creating a refreshing yet complex, memorable bite.

Fig
Red wine–poached figs and currants pair with rich cacao and creamy milk chocolate, with a hint of myoga, offering a deep, distinctive flavor.

Melon
The sweetness of melon unfolds into the freshness of shiso, followed by the depth of Ecuadorian cacao, creating a cool and refined bite.
