Introducing Chocolat IL PALAZZO 2025 Autumn, a seasonal chocolate box born from a collaboration between HOTEL IL PALAZZO—a design hotel in Haruyoshi, Fukuoka—and the long-established patisserie Chocolate Shop, founded in 1942.

This autumn edition features four thoughtfully selected flavors: Grape, Roasted Tea,Mushroom, and Chestnut.

Each piece highlights ingredients unique to the season—fruits, tea leaves, nuts—offering a multi-layered experience of taste, aroma, appearance, texture, and aftertaste. A chocolate collection designed to linger in memory.


【Grape】
Two-layer chocolate with jelly from both the fruit and skin of Ukiha-grown Kyoho grapes,layered with a port wine–scented bitter ganache.It evokes the deep flavor and slight astringency of biting into a whole grape, offering a rich, elegant taste of autumn.

【Roasted Tea】
Calming chocolate featuring roasted Yame tea, almond, and puffed rice. Centered around a comforting roasted aroma that evokes the colors of autumn, it brings together nutty warmth and cacao richness—perfect for peaceful moments on a long autumn night.

【Mushroom】
Milk chocolate infused with the aroma of hazelnuts and white truffle. Light, crisp feuillantine evokes the feel of stepping on fallen leaves. A hint of black pepper gently rounds off the lingering aroma with a clean, balanced finish.

【Chestnut】
Rich chestnut chocolate accented with refreshing yuzu. Silky chestnut paste fills the ganache, while a yuzu-scented marron glacé rests at the center. Enjoy both the deep flavor and natural texture of chestnut in every bite.
